learned a lot on the AI project, very relevant to industry, and the engineers are knowledgeable and kind and the ceo has taught a lot. the pay is also incredible for remote work

not really a con, sometimes project requirements can change in work or time, but that's standard to most companies i've worked with, so not a problem
