Office politics is rooted in its core in this company, ideas are constantly rejected and there is no appreciation for new ways of doing things. Salary is basically a joke , inconsiderate people. The best people in the company are a few sales and customer head and the helpers rest of the company only favours those who do “yes sir” to them.
