      Pros

      Sector 7 is a genuine company who truly wants the best for their employees and wants nothing more than to see them grow! The culture is excellent and the support is like no other I have ever experienced. The atmosphere is just as you would expect a start up to be. It's very rambunctious in the morning/evenings, the meetings are inspiring, and the office setting is very open and inclusive!

      Cons

      Hours are long, but you definitely see the results of your hard work!

      Coworkers are great and leadership is supportive. Good experience and potential to make higher income.

      Pros

      Lots of room for real returns on your work. Lot's of bonus potential, like monthly competitions and good commission. Supportive and welcoming colleagues, and easy access to higher-ups. Great exposure to sales and the broader energy market, teaches you a lot.

      Cons

      Commission is a double-edged sword, with no medical benefits/retirement. NOT FOR EVERYONE, you definitely need to be able to brush stuff off and keep your head up. A lot of driving, of course thats dependent on your commute, but you can be placed in areas across the whole of DFW, and I assume it's the same for Houston. B2B, and D2D, can definitely wear on you and some business owners are more receptive than others.
