Pros
Great benefits: 100% company paid Health benefits, Unlimited PTO, Company was always sending swag or gifts in the mail. My severance package was really nice when I was laid off.
Cons
Some hiring managers are non responsive so trying to hire candidates can sometimes be a task. My TA Manager was in Australia so it was difficult sometimes to contact her when I needed assistance. I did have a contact in the US that I could reach out to but he turned out to be underhanded in my opinion. I was very successful in my requisitions and had good performance reviews, but my US manager selected me for a layoff when he recently hired 2 of his friends to take over the requisitions I was assigned. CEO at the time loved to be the final interview for every hire, which it can be a benefit and a detriment. Benefit because you get to actually converse with him and ask questions. Detriment because trying to find time in his schedule ended up being difficult since he was so busy.
