The teams are a strong positive. Colleagues are supportive.

Truly an awful and draining experience. The nonstop pressure makes this job completely exhausting to endure. New employees are thrown straight into the work with almost no guidance or real support, leaving them confused and overwhelmed while trying to figure everything out alone. Management provides very little help but is quick to shift blame onto employees whenever problems arise. The workload is absurd, with an endless stream of urgent tasks that never lets up. Leadership plays clear favorites, making advancement depend more on personal preference than actual performance. Even simple questions are treated like inconveniences. I left because the stress, lack of support, and toxic pressure made the job unbearable.

Coworkers are friendly enough and decent to work with. There are a couple of benefits as well, but nothing that would convince anyone to choose working here over other companies

Very fast-paced and high-pressure work environment. Management doesn't provide employees with any support, and opportunities to advance are scarce due to leadership being biased. Working here is stressful and, honestly, a waste of time, so I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.
