If you're passionate, skilled, and hoping to grow—this may not be the place for you. Especially if you're a woman. The work environment seems to reward internal politics over professionalism, making it an excellent case study in how to waste potential. One of the most talented engineers I’ve seen was hired recently—she delivered what most teams would in a year, within four months. Naturally, her reward was to have her work appropriated, her name erased, and when she voiced concern, she was blamed. A textbook example of how to discourage excellence and silence integrity. The software management team appears to operate with impressive consistency—consistently lacking accountability, support, or ethical leadership. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, but I’d be especially cautious if you're a woman hoping for a fair and merit-based environment.
