Pros

As a former long term employee for Secure Pacific I have nothing but great things to say about this company. From the start I have been treated with the highest level of respect and professionalism. The training provided at the beginning was everything I needed to excel in my position. My managers really took the time to invest in me so that I could thrive in the role. One thing that really stuck out to me was everyone on your team will have your best interest at heart and will work as a team to accomplish your goals (Teamwork was huge for me. On top of the great teams, managers, and the training we received, we also provided our customers with the best products and service in the industry. Customer Service, a lot of people say they provide the best customer service but then you find out it actually sucks. Well I can proudly say that this company REALLY took care of their customers. I got to see on multiple occasions where this company went above and beyond to help our customers even if it meant the company lost money. Customer service is absolutely top priority for this company and it shows on a daily basis! If you are looking for a position that has excellent leadership and potential for growth in the organization I would highly recommend that you apply. Why am I leaving? After three years with this incredible company my Wife and I have decided to move across the country to be closer to family, that's it! If it wasn't for our move I would be with this company until I retire. I hope you find this information helpful on your job search.

Pros

I had a great experience at Secure Pacific. This company truly cares about its employees and customers. It was a great feeling going to work everyday knowing that you had the support of management and employees. You truly feel like you are apart of a family. Along with a great work atmosphere, Secure Pacific offers a fantastic product/service that I believe to be the best in the industry. I would recommend Secure Pacific to anyone that is self driven and takes great pride in the product/service they provide.

Cons

No complaints for the company itself. As far as a the sales position goes you must be a very determined individual and be prepared to be held to a very high standard. This is a company who strives to be the best in the industry on all aspects.

Pros

Relatively good compensation and benefits. Their product does perform rather well for certain applications and they have the potential to grow in todays market.

Cons

Made insubstantial claims about the performance of their product in regard to preference and enhanced response time from law enforcement in the local market which the alarm coordinator with PPB denied. When confronted with this and other complaints about ethics management made excuses for their illegal behavior. They offered me a promotion which I turned down because of my concerns, they gave me a month to find another job which had a negative impact on my career. There are plenty of places to work. There is money to be made here if you are a real "go getter" but my advice is to do your homework and stick with what is already working. If you sell, sell to the best fit clients with outdoor systems and / or ask a lot of questions about how to make an air tight system that is easy to use (DMP piggy back with fobs) its a hard sell and expensive, but selling the right customers and getting referrals is the only way to build a book of business and really survive there. Ask a lot of good questions and don't drink the coolaide. In customer service, learn your systems and be fast and organized, its like drinking from a fire hose and there is a lot to do. I suspect the 722 criminals that have been arrested by our Verified security system since 2012 would view your opinion of "unsubstantial claims" quite differently.
