Pros
Securian is a very safe and secure place to work. Depending on your job, you shouldn't get too overworked or pushed to your limits. Typical corporate community I would say!
Cons
Prioritization is not very strong in leaders. Leaders are out of the loop on projects and needs. Direct managers don't have time to work with employees. No free coffee or any fun little perks.
