Securian is a great company for those who are looking for a long term career. There is a lot of potential for future growth. Securian offers training opportunities and tuition reimbursement to help current employees develop and progress.
Cons
There are many divisions within the company. Not all of the divisions offer the same culture and work-life balance. Those that do are excellent, but those that do not can be difficult.
