Pros
One of the good start ups to work with. Pay wise its quite decent and highly compete with market price. Politics free professional environment to work under senior management. Opportunity to work with fresh technology, from hardware and software side. Supportive management.
Cons
Facility could have been better, but this is quite okay to expect from a start up, where they're still trying to strengthen the base and deepen the roots.
