Every one gets along great, like a family You can listen to your favorite music while you work! Overall working here is great, there is not a day that I dread going to work!

Every once in a while a customer will call in a little angry but we work with them in a polite manner to solve their necessities in the best way possible.

Relaxed work environment (borderline unprofessional), great training, hard to get fired (most people leave on their own), no quotas to meet.

Constant turnover, no area to store lunch/food (mini fridges are nasty and there's never enough room), area is not safe (especially if you take public transportation (was bothered dangerously multiple times by creepers in vehicles and when they followed into the parking lot and it was mentioned to management, they just said to be careful), commission is not just based on you but also closers and installers so if they screw up you lose your commission.
