Pros
Responsive and doesn't use any underhanded practices with employees. The office appears to be very transparent. Onboarding is through.
Cons
A little slow when taking over a new site. That could be partly due to the site's board members though. Pay is low but again the company it's self is negotiating with the site and employee wages are determined by the client. At least until the government or unions demand an industry minimum.
