*Made new/great friendships *Did make a good living - won't deny that, but you can make this money with any agency or even on your own once you get the foundation *Didn't have to drive far to office

I don't even know where to start. I've never experienced an environment like this before. #1 If you are a female YOU WILL be sexually harrassed just know that, its just a matter of time. This is a known fact... This made the work environment very awkward as this was just a daily thing that happened specifically to me. I couldn't really go to anyone because upper management was all family and HR is influenced by the CEO aka he tells her what to say and do... #2 In regards to the actual work, you need to get up to speed fast because you will not get trained. If you are not hitting metrics you WILL get yelled at. If you are OVER ACHIEVING and hitting your metrics you will still get yelled at. Oh did I mention that they track everything, all in bound emails, calls, slack, etc. Big Brother at it's finest. Its an easy job if you can understand how to put pieces together, what makes this place so miserable is the leadership. #3 If enjoy the constant roller coaster of emotions and stress this is the job for you
