Pros
Excellant PTO however....if you take time off there is no one to cover your caseload therefore you are always behind.
Cons
While working on another account, I was not up to speed on the changes for yet another account. When I asked my supervisor for some training to get up to speed after being in another office for several months she advised me that perhaps I was just getting too old to work full time, have a family and attend school. Incidently I finished my master's degree three months later with a 3.8 GPA. A formal complaint was made regarding the age statement and I was downsized out of the company after seven years. I was the only employee removed as they were actually hiring new colleagues. In the meantime, I was placed on a performance review and went from receivng a bonus for my work in 2010 to being an underachiever in 2012. Did I mention that I was in a meeting at one point where managers were directed to performance colleagues out of their jobs if they couldn't work with them!
