Pros
Job security. It's a very stable company and work environment. On average, most employees have at least 28 paid days off not including holidays.
Cons
More work than any one person can handle within 7.5 hours. No bonuses period. Depending on the business needs (location or who you know) there's very little career advancement. A person with little experience (level 6) can be promoted to upper management (level 11 or 12) within a year to a newly created role. The same people usually get promoted over and over.
