I honestly truly love working for See Sight Tours! The company has an amazing culture. It has a chill and collaborative atmosphere but everyone works super hard because they believe in what they are doing. Definitely a work-hard, play-hard team. The company is customer-focused and the team is built around people that share this view. Because of this, the team is close and very supportive of one another which really helps when you're working through something stressful. There are no egos to deal with! Overall, See Sight Tours as an employer is a 5-star company, through and through.
Cons
See Sight is growing incredibly quickly and therefore the environment is fast-paced and can get stressful. With that said, the only aspect which some may consider negative is that as it is a small growing company it is common for employees to be responsible for a number of tasks which can be considered unrelated to their role. I personally take pride in this and thrive in this type of environment, but it may be frustrating for others.
