Pros
-Great place to start and potentially continue your career, depending on where you want to go in your career -My direct manager will provide me with whatever I need -Excellent culture with friendly people, and this includes first and upper level management -Good mix of fast paced and slower paced days gives excitement, without burnout -Great place to learn and grow technical skill set -You can make a major impact on how the company operates if you want to take the time to try and understand it -You are given help and guidelines when needed, but encouraged to forge your own path, which I really enjoy
Cons
-Seems a little understaffed on managers -Compensation is on par with other small businesses, but lower compared to larger companies in the area -You need to be well rounded (many skill sets, such as client interaction, technical work, etc) to be promoted more than a couple times here. If you really want to specialize, you will be stuck after a couple promotions
