Pros
I've been reading a lot of these reviews and am curious if they were written by anyone who actually stepped into SEER's doors as an employee. Sure, the pressure to perform is high. Yes, the company is going through growing pains and is in the process of solidifying a structure. Honestly though, I've never worked in an environment where I have been given so much freedom to RUN and DO. SEER gives you the chance to think creatively, come up with solutions and grow in ways most other companies wouldn't allow. There is constant knowledge sharing with the entire team; whether you've been here 3 weeks or 3 years you can feel comfortable contributing and can be sure to learn something valuable. The hours are flexible, there's no punching a clock. From the day you start you have unlimited vacation time...and if people aren't taking advantage of that, that's on them. The team is insanely supportive, so there's always someone willing to help you out while you take time off. Health benefits are almost 100% covered by SEER. Nobody looks at you cross-eyed if you come in at 10 or 11am or leave at 3pm; you're trusted to work your own schedule and get things done. There are way more positives than negatives and it's a shame to see some of the garbage posted here.
Cons
If you're not a self starter, this probably isn't the place for you. As I mentioned above, there's a lot of pressure to perform with very little micro-management so it's really up to you how well you do here. The company is in a growth phase which brings a lot of change; this is a time where processes are being figured out, training is being improved - they're getting there, but if you want a place where everything is figured out and formalized, again...probably not the place for you.
