Favouritism in Seera - Computer Programmer Seera Employee Review

Favoritism at peak. Old employees are under paid than new employees who have less experience and skills. Lots of favoritism in year end bonus, salary hike and promotion. If your manager/boss likes you, if you know them before..then they will get promoted. Not by judging work skills and values. Many old employees working in Seera since very long time are under paid than new employees who have less skills and talent. No or very slow career growth. No point in giving LinkedIn learning, Udemy learning to employees. Give them chance or opportunity to explore it.
