Used to be an amazing company, but has been led down a path with the wrong leadership in place, and not sure if it can recover. Seesaw once had a great culture, but after experiencing rapid growth and income, they fell into the same pattern that most small companies experience. They grew too quickly, brought in too many executive leadership with too many agendas, and things got scrambled. They have since began the process of letting go of loyal employees, and employees who actually knew the value of Seesaw, and have put faith in the wrong leaders.
