Pros
Smart developers but treated badly
Cons
The above review must have been written by a member of upper management, as they are all French. This is the worst place to work if you are an American Citizen. The French that work in the company are treated far better than the Americans. The French get 6 weeks vacation, the Americans 3. The French are allowed to rollover vacation time at the end of the calendar year, the Americans aren't, and the French are allowed time off for medical appointments, not so for the Americans. In fact, two of the hardest working people I've ever seen were recently let go, simply because they are Americans. Sefas imports French interns from France and pays all their living expenses, rather than provide an internship to someone going to a local college. There is a definite bias against American citizens. The VP of Operations has openly berated many of the Americans, but ignores costly errors from the French workers. Besides the obvious discrimination, this is a poorly run company. There has been ONE new license sale in the past three years. They are surviving off the teat of Citizens Bank and Highmark Health. Once these contracts are up, Sefas in America will be closed.
