      Pros

      Great family-like environment. Fantastic learning opportunity for young attorneys with very knowledgeable partners and associates with tons of experience. Tons of trial opportunities and good benefits.

      Cons

      There is very little negative to say except for slightly confusing and ambiguous bonus structures and payouts.
