Cons
Be ready to work hard and give 120%, some managers provide very little support. A lot of employees with over 15 year tenure can slow down the processes clashing with the Industry fast pace. Marketing team is really ran by finance and sales, not a very creative company. Hard to get promoted and it usually means keep your old job and add one more. Promotions are budgeted per department, so they are not necessirely given by merit. Your job can change unexpectedly, one day you are working for X department, next day you are in Y, without clear or advanced communication. Brand is bigger than the company, so you are always trying to catch up.
