Great owners and it feels like family

Pay is average and hours are shorter than usual.

-Good food, and a 25% discount -Great coworkers, mostly students -Good tips (~$2 per hour) (why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1)

-Crazy over-controlling owners; Richard will come in during shifts and "clean", leaving the whole place a mess for you to clean up; on the other hand Kelly will micro-manage and is very passive-aggressive about small mistakes- usually leaving notes on the fridge addressed to the whole team but virtually singling out certain employees -Less hours than expected on most weeks (you're supposed to get 20 hours a week, or whatever is agreed upon when hiring, but Kelly will usually give her favorites around 30 hours a week, and leave the rest with around 10)
