Sr Management micro manages. Lack support for employees. Don’t care about you in any way. Quick to fire or layoff. The Sr Leaders look for reasons to make you miserable. Zero work/life balance. Expensive benefits that are not good. Health costs are outrageous and you pay a LOT out of pocket. Too many Sr level managers and they don’t get along. Horrible culture.
