      Floor level Colleagues were great Training programmes provided but only if your in the managements clique Good benefits: Pension Multiple store discounts via my hub

      Cons

      Management prefer to stay away from issues and stay in the office. Poor pay for the level of work you do (forklift driver, shop floor work, picking etc…) No work - social life balance Health and safety went downhill quickly after new management arrived

      Good hourly rate of pay

      Cons

      No work/life balance, which they promise at recruitment. Will demand more Saturdays than agreed. Will change rotas without prior notice to cover their staffing level errors.
