• Very apparent nepotism from the CEO to leadership. • Lack of racial diversity in the workplace. • No education or onboarding structure. • Refuses to use any 3rd party cloud based integrations so in-house tools are glitchy and knock-off. • No employee growth structure (one on one’s, skip level meetings, or trainings) • They advertise as “salary” pay but in fact are hourly presented as such for tax and payroll purpose. • Will advertise something of a 7%+ raise for staying your first year but will find “unexpected” investments to cap you at a 3.5%. • Little room for advancement. They just move you departments with a 3% raise. Leadership is all CEO’s family & friends.
