To squeeze out one pro will be not so fantastic free lunch by them.
Cons
1. HR dept is chaotic, incompetent to lead and zero sense of urgency. Working with them is really difficult especially when there is an urgent case. 2. The HR team that they hire nowadays is getting worst, they just hire based on their availability just to replace the resigned. Usually those that can work will naturally wants to leave as they are doing more work while those new hire just literally doing the bare minimum. 3. Management is too stubborn to take in feedback from us but yet keep asking us for feedback. Lastly, i do not know why incompetent to lead can be in this position with no HR knowledge. A blind leading a blind. Terrible!
