      Pros

      Great working environment with a flexible work schedule. Working with the co-workers and office staff was wonderful. Also the location was convient.

      Cons

      The company was sold 2 times in a year and half. Turned into a fly by the seat of your pants type of business with no leadership or direction support.

      It can be challenging at times gaining new homes to manager especially when the real estate market is hot to sell.

      Benefit package was decent. Offices were air conditioned.

      This company caters to slumlords. I felt sorry for the clients. Managers were overwhelmed and treated admins like crap.
