      Your next employer will look golden after experiencing this wretched deplorable outfit.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Program "managers" are there to make sure RUGs get hit. That's about it. Clinical expertise and the clinicians' judgement are irrelevant to management. All about the money. Productivity requirements are a joke.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
