Terrible Business Structure - Anonymous employee Select Rehabilitation Employee Review

This company as a whole has many different flaws. There is no on boarding process or introduction to the company “mission” whatsoever. Every meeting is structured around nit picking billing without any regards to patient care. I was told to only see certain insurances for 22 minutes, to quadruple book HMO’s and see Medicare all by themselves for an hour. It’s un-ethical to treat patients based solely on their insurance and not based on their needs. PTO is impossible to schedule, and only negative things are pointed out. No matter how many happy patients you have, one complaint rules the world.
