      Has an education site but its not great.

      Cons

      More tasks added continuously no extra time allocated to do them. No respect to employees. HR is outrageously incompetent. Company takes PTO if you give notice leaving. Employees totally disregarded.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
