      Good fellow therapy staff working for this company. It’s a shame that they are treated worse than factory workers.

      Cons

      Therapy professionals treated worse than factory workers. Productivity and quotas are mandatory, if you don’t comply, you get fired.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
