HIGH PRODUCTIVITY MAINTENANCE,NO PAID SICK LEAVE,NO HOLIDAY TIME OFF, NO MERGE IN 401K, NO RELATIONSHIP WITH STAFF. I have to put this as a story, during this pandemic select company never paid any of their staff that was sent on quarantine due to exposure to covid-19 . I know of a staff that went on quarantine twice on a total of five weeks and nothing was given as a compensation to the staff, select only tell the staff that they are big company and that it's smaller companies of 500 and below workers populations that government made law for compensation, such staff were left on going about looking for loans to pay their bills. Meanwhile other contractors shearing the same facility with select who are also mega companies like select paid their workers full salaries during quarantine, select rather told their staff on quarantine to use their personal PTO which were acrued by the staff and those that had no PTO s had nothing to go home with.
