Higher management does not care about employees at all. When this company loses their rehab contract they refuse to allow anyone to use PTO and they do not pay out accrued PTO. They will not back down on a non-compete to work in the same building for the new company even when they have no other placement for you (when the new company coming in wants to hire you) simply out of spite that they lost the contract. They increased productivity minimums to 90% in the last few weeks and refuse to pay for any time that was not within that standard.
