8yThank you for your opinion. We do have female employees in management and in almost all departments. Some of the ones that have been here the longest are female employees. All employees are treated equally and with utmost respect, regardless of gender. Sexism is not and will never ever be tolerated here. Coverage for pregnancy is actually covered under our short term disability program which you may not have been aware of. We are sorry that you did not have a positive work experience. We wish you all the best in your endeavors.
