      Pros

      You will have the best support with training and technical support. The best part of the job is that every day and every call is different. You'll be helping people set up protection for their family, There are great people working here. The company has had quite a bit of growth in the years I have been here.

      Cons

      Not everyone can be a great agent. This job is very demanding. But if you work had and always do the right thing you will get rewarded.

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
