benefits. 401k. good clean work environment. top insurance companies to represent

Cons

the rates for insurance stink. and if the rates arent good, its really tough to sell a high priced policy. unfair comp plan where you are forced to bundle business at bad rates to receive the commissions. quotas never adjust for seasonality or shorter months. technology is HORRIBLE. if you work on the phones and the phones dont work, you dont make money. This is what you get here. if you want $40k and high pressure from management, this is the job for you. all of the top agents either leave or transfer to other divisions (that pay way better) so why would anyone stay if all the best people see it for what it is and leave...

Training was pretty good and they paid for licenses

Cons

Strange metrics and a lot of management changes, and a lot of chargebacks
