      Good supervisors Work from home Hour lunches + 30 minutes of break time

      Work Saturday’s required (even tho advertised as not) Very bad verbal abuse from customers Repeat calls to customers even when being requested for no call list Did not give me 800$ bonus even though qualified…

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
