A struggling company with leadership horribly out of their depth - Anonymous employee SelectScience Employee Review

The company is struggling badly with quite an outdated offering that clients will no longer commit to long term. The senior leadership team are unfortunately far out of their depth with decision making last minute and lurching from one idea to another. Staff receive mixed messages constantly amongst an ever growing workload. There is virtually no thought given to the long term future by the ceo who constantly seems confused and incompetent, with terrible leadership and poor people skills prevalent amongst the senior team. There has been no official HR for over 6 months with employees consistently getting signed off with stress, burnout etc and having little to no support upon their return. The staff turnover is shockingly high but no surprise to anyone with empty promises about progression and development never met and any vague plans from management kept secret. There are a lot of nice people at the junior and mid levels but this sadly, does not seem like a company that will recover whilst under the current regime
