I had a manager i really got along with.

Cons

After 2 years and hundreds of sales of these advertisements i found out only 5 of my customers sold their timeshares. Many of them ended up paying the company more money to flat out get the timeshare out of their name the rest were stuck paying thousands for a service that rarely yields a good turnout

SellMyTimeshareNow provides online advertising services and cannot control whether clients elect to wait for the right buyer or use other services to assist with their timeshare. As with any type of advertisement, details such as asking price and season can have a significant effect on whether buyers or renters decide to make an offer, but we work harder than any other organization in the industry to assist our clients in finding a buyer for their vacation ownership interest. Additionally, due to the nature of our for sale by owner platform, we are not notified of every successful sale and can only track those transactions reported to us by our clients or processed through our affiliated closing company.

Pros

23% or more commission on all revenue written, unlimited earning potential, short sales cycle, fairly laid back environment, very good work/life balance, smaller office with friendly and helpful coworkers and sales manager, no cold calling

Cons

Commission only based pay, if you don't make your minimum commission bracket base pay is close to minimum wage (you need to be VERY motivated to make money here), high cost of benefits especially for families
