We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We take all claims of bullying very seriously and any reports which are brought to our attention are investigated, and where appropriate, action is taken. We have policies in place to prevent inappropriate behaviour of any kind and there are various channels for employees to come forward should they experience or observe any such behaviour. All feedback is reviewed by the Board of Directors collectively to ensure any improvements that need to be made are implemented, which is essential to maintaining our Great Place to Work and Investors in People Gold status. We are really proud of our culture here at Sellick Partnership and work hard to continuously look at ways we can improve things for our employees every single day. As you have mentioned, we enjoy a variety of social events throughout the year, including three big companywide events where we bring the whole business together. We have recently enjoyed our latest Teambuilding event in Durham and have had lots of positive feedback from employees about conducting these types of events again after the pandemic, and we are very much looking forward to our annual Christmas party in December too. If you have any further feedback or want to have a confidential discussion about any of the points you have raised, please do not hesitate to contact Jo Sellick directly. Alternatively, you can speak to Simon Briffa our Internal Talent & Wellbeing Manager.

Pros

I had the pleasure of spending four fantastic years at Sellick Partnership, working as a Recruitment Consultant within their Public Sector Legal division. I only left to take an extended break for travel – otherwise, I would have happily continued my journey there. Sellick Partnership stands out as the most supportive and well-structured company I’ve worked for. From day one, the training, mentorship, and overall development framework are both realistic and genuinely nurturing – perfect for anyone looking to grow and thrive in the recruitment industry. There’s a clear and achievable progression path, with genuine opportunities to rise from Resourcing Consultant right through to Director level for those who are committed and take on board the training and guidance offered. The team culture is another standout aspect – collaborative, experienced, and always willing to support one another. Whether you're just starting out or aiming to take your career to the next level, you're surrounded by people who want to see you succeed. On top of that, the earning potential is excellent. The commission structure is competitive, uncapped, and paired with a solid base salary – giving driven consultants every opportunity to achieve strong financial rewards. Sellick Partnership is a place where hard work is recognised, development is encouraged, and success is absolutely within reach.
