1. Best place for Unskilled person or people without brains. 2. Freshers having 1-2 yrs experience can become lead/manager here. They can lead experienced guy very quickly, most of them are relatives of top level management. 3. If you are good looking female without skills or a male belongs to India's north east region especially from delhi/bihar than it is a plus, you'll be favoured. 4. Good for learning corporate politics. 5. Buttering to managers will make your work easy or even get salary while no working.
Cons
1. Hard working employess or visionaries please do not join this company. The management wont appreciate your hard work. 2. Hiring and Firing is the USP of the company. 3. CEO only knows how to make a company and earn money via selling it to big guns eg. IDC. 4. No professionalism, no vision and work ethics are way far ahead from them. 5. Reviews here which says "Great" without any Cons, are the reviews from those who are getting perks by buttering their top lines.
