We completely agree that our team members are talented and fun to work with, and it’s great to hear that you enjoy our company culture, work-life balance, and competitive benefits. We hope to offer our employees flexibility, especially when we know that some projects will require short bits of crunch-time. We also value all of your feedback because feedback from our employees helps us grow and develop as a company. We are actively taking steps to improve our benefits and employee experience, especially since we’re growing with each new contract we acquire. For instance, because of feedback like yours, we recently added two more holidays to the PTO calendar, including on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day to allow employees to volunteer on that day. Due to feedback from our employees, we enhanced our parental leave policy in the last year. And, we will continue to assess our benefits and take your ideas into serious consideration. We sincerely appreciate your feedback regarding diversity because this has been one of our goals throughout the life of SemanticBits. We always try to hire the best and brightest talent of every race, gender, and sexual orientation because diverse opinions and talents make us stronger as an organization. But, you’re right: we can always do better. So, we are forming a Diversity Committee immediately to help us find, recruit, and support our diverse staff, and we hope that you will volunteer to be a part of this Committee. We aim to address suggestions and concerns as best we can.
