Pros
Your workdays at the office comes to an end, however, you're expected to work while at home and on the weekends for no pay.
Cons
So many to list, I'll just touch on a few: The President of the company is a borderline sociopath. Honestly, he's threatened by intelligence... as it usually exposes him for the less than intelligent businessman he is. You will be in meeting with him that lasts for hours where the only topic his him. Not business, not strategy, not growth seizing opportunities... just hours of talking about him and how smart he is. He fancies himself an intellectual, but he no business acumen whatsoever. The guy runs his business like a sweat shop. Your time earned such as PTO is not yours... so never plan on a vacation, it's frowned upon. If you have children... also frowned upon. This is not a friendly place to work, it's actually very hostile. With the majority of the hostility coming from the owners of the company. I'm really concerned about the handful of people who work there and are simply trying to navigate through the every BS that permeates this place.
