This company has no integrity or ethic. The working hours for all staff except for the store sales manager is 11+ hours a day. You work well over 50 hours a week. This company does not care about their employees or about their clients. It’s all a money grab and a scam. You are expected to do consultations and close every one of them and if you don’t, they think you suck at your job and you’re not a good fit regardless if the client really wants the service or can afford it. The workload is extremely heavy and if you are salaried you will be overworked. You wear many hats and are expected to hit unreasonable sales goals. Bonuses are small in comparison to other companies and the salary is very low. There’s no room for growth and the higher ups use intimidation as a tactic for you to push more for sales. Employees are very fake and it feels almost like high school. Management and the uppers gossip and the turnover is very high. You are constantly being threatened to get terminated. If you need something short-term, it’s fine but anything longer than a few months, you better leave as quickly as possible.
