Pros
Flexible working environment is the best I've ever had, pay is over competitive and the other benefits are amazing, like hobby benefit, flexible hours, flexible location, unlimited holidays.
Culture is fast, you can grow somehow quickly if you do your work. Great people and a great product we can feel proud of contributing towards.
Cons
Some internal processes are very hierarchical slowing things down. Some roles are duplicated, creating differences in how much work some departments have against how little others seem to have.
Remote work makes connections more difficult.
