Pros
A company that truly puts the employees first. All companies say it, Semrush does it. I feel very valued, there is always oppurtunities for learning new things, and evolve professionally. Semrush offers good compensation and great benefits, that I've never had before. The culture is an important part of the company, where everyone is considered an expert in their field. It's amazing to work for this company!
I work remotely, but I try to go to our office in Amsterdam 3 times a week. The office is great, it's completely new, has everything you need to have a good workday, and much more! The location is very good, at Amsterdam Zuid station, and it makes me proud to work for Semrush.
Cons
Sometimes there is a low attendance at the office in Amsterdam. I get energy from working at the office and it would be great if more people would go.
