Pros

The company is changing a lot, and you will constantly need to keep up with the work in order to contribute. For me, that was a good thing, as I wanted to learn and continue improving within the company.

Cons

The first few months can be confusing. I believe the product training could be better organized, and there are areas that need improvement.

Pros

The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

Cons

The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
