Cons
1. No Salary and if you ask they will make sure you leave the company or you will leave yourself because they will directly say they will not pay. 2. HR has no clue about the funds and will keep saying that if you leave you will not get paid but even if you dont they dont pay. 3. They will not give you the offer letter in the beginning itself because they want you to work atleast till you get the offer letter. 4. They want free employees to run the business for few days and once employees leave they hire new ones. 5.You have to listen to them like a slave and have to agree to share posts about the company in your personal social media and if you don't they threat. 6.All the good reviews are forced or forged so please dont go by the good ratings, its gonna be a big regret. 7. Join and be a slave. Worst company. They not just cheat the employees but also the customers.
